My name is Dwayne Bowles. I retired as the Deputy Superintendent from the West Virginia State Police in 2021.
During my 30 years as a police officer I have conducted over a thousand investigations to include property crimes, violent crimes, sex crimes, white collar crimes, drug crimes, traffic crashes, officer involved shootings, internal affairs, and pre employment background investigations.
